How much do you charge to stage a space?

Every project varies in price but typically; our most popular package includes the main areas staged which typically ranges from $1650 - $2500, depending on the size of the space.


How long does the furniture stay in the house?

Each package includes a 30 day pass from the date the furniture is staged. The stage and de-stage is included in the price.


How do we get the staging process started?

Using our “contact us” button at the bottom of the page is the fastest way to receive an answer.

From there we set up a consultation where someone from our team comes out to see the space. This helps us measure and see the space. After that an estimate is sent within 24-48 hrs.


How much does it cost to decorate a space?

Prices vary from $200 - $2000 per room depending on the scope of work. We recommend reaching out to us for a better idea on how much it would cost.

Do you offer consultation meetings if I need some advice?

Yes! If you’d like advice or simply just want to pick our brain, it’s $80/ hr. with one of our interior designers.

Is staging the same thing as interior decorating?

No. Staging is short term furniture rental from Haven to elevate your space when selling. We remove it once your home is sold. Interior decorating is furniture sourced specifically for you & your space. We source it, you keep it.

How much do you charge to design to our house?

This process (potentially year long depending on the project) typically costs $5 - $15 a sf.

Do I need to be involved?

This is dependent on you. If you’d like to involved, we are more than happy to work together to come up with something you love. If you don’t want to be involved, we can also make it happen.
